Discretion is our primary currency. Members and guests are expected to respect the privacy of the collective. It is strictly forbidden to disclose, discuss, or digitally capture the presence or conduct of members witnessed during a Sochil - unless explicitly consented.

Phone Usage
Sochils are moments in time — meant to be lived live. We ask that all members use discernment with their mobile devices. To be present is to be respectful. If a call is urgent, we ask that you step away from the table to maintain the “Aesthetic of the Room.”
The Financial Ledger
Personal Responsibility
To keep the focus on the dialogue rather than the data: we suggest demanding separate checks upon seating. This is a logistical preference that ensures the table remains unburdened by the bill at the conclusion of the evening.
Contemporary fine dining has integrated service fees as a standard norm. Members are expected to accept this as part of the modern culinary reality without contention.
You are solely responsible for your own consumption. There is no “collective split” unless explicitly arranged by the Sochil creator.
The Collective Standard
Respect & Safety
Every member is a node in a larger guild. We demand an environment of mutual intellect, style, wit, and kindness.
Harassment, abuse, or exclusionary behavior is grounds for immediate and permanent revocation of Registry access. Report any discrepancies in conduct via the app’s “Secure Signal” immediately.
For your security, the first point of contact between unknown members must always occur in a public venue or a designated Sochil location. Never move a meeting to a private residence without established lineage.
The Punctuality Grace Period
A Sochil is a timed performance. Members are expected to arrive within 10 minutes of the designated start time. Chronic tardiness disrupts the rhythm of the table and can result in a negative impact on your Sochil score.
The No-Show / Late-Cancel Penalty
Because our venues are highly curated and seats are limited, cancelling a participation within 24 hours of a Sochil — or failing to appear — is a violation of the Collective Trust. Two “No-Shows” result in a mandatory 30-day suspension from the Registry.
The Venue Allyship
We are guests in the city’s finest spaces. Members are expected to be the most exemplary patrons a venue has. Generosity toward service staff and respect for the venue’s house rules are mandatory. We do not just “use” spaces; we elevate them.
The Dress Code
Intentional Presentation
While we do not mandate a uniform, Tou Saint has a visual standard. We encourage “Intentional Presentation.” Dress appropriately for the room.
